Cathleen + Tim

Cathleen + Tim, your wedding has been one of my all time favorites to date! From the incredible bay side venue to the awesome father daughter dance “mash up” to the nautical, navy and coral flare to every thought out little project you and your sisters work so hard to make… Everything came together flawlessly.

Someone once asked me what my favorite part about a wedding day is… after much thought I would have to say that my favorite part about being a wedding photographer is getting to know the bride + groom and being able to tell their unique story. Throughout the entire process of getting to Cathleen + Tim’s wedding day, I realize how much more then clients these two have become. I felt like I was watching the marriage of two of my own close friends unfold before me.

Their wedding was nestled on the river front in Georgetown, Maryland at an amazing little B&B, the kitty knight House. Across the street was a private estate where my amazing 2nd shooter, Angela spent the morning with the guys capturing all the great shots of them getting ready, while I was at the b&b with all the beautiful ladies.

There were so many wonderful moments throughout the day but one of my favorites, were the toasts! DISCLOSURE – I am a complete sap and will be that photographer that gets teary eyed during your ceremonies and toasts! I just love them so much. I was not alone; there was not a dry eye in the house. Toasts were given by Cathleen’s father, her sister, and Tim’s brother and were a true testament to the journey these two have traveled and life they have built together.
