Kellyn and Ross chose one of the most lush and beautiful outdoor venues I have seen. This quaint little cottage style B&B is nestled in the woods surrounded by gorgeous gardens, weeping willows and a lovely pond perfect for their wedding. My second shooter and I drove up together from Maryland. The entire drive up to New Hope it rained. And when I say it rain I mean the heavens open and dumped buckets of water on us the entire 2.5 hour drive. But somehow the second we got to the venue it stopped allowing us the freedom to explore the grounds and use all of its lovely nooks and crannies for photos.
I know I have mentioned this before but one of my favorite parts of wedding are the speech’s. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house when Kellyn’s dad toasted to his daughter and now son-in-law Ross. I love when you can feel the real and true excitement of a new addition to the family. This moment was nothing short of that on either side. K+R, its been a blast getting to know you two through the exciting process that was your engagement session and your gorgeous wedding at Hollyhedge. I wish you both all of the happiness this world has to offer. These memories with your friends and family will be cherished one for a lifetime, thank you again for having document them.
