Weekend Rewind | Vol. 3

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. If you are also in Maryland, or probably anywhere on the east coast for that matter; I’m sure you know exactly how HOT it was Saturday & Sunday. I felt like we were living in the south. WOWZA! Although it was a hot one, that didn’t put a damper on Alex + Mark’s gorgeous wedding at The Valley Country Club. What a gorgeous wedding at a perfect spot for the antique inspired event. So many gorgeous old details, beautiful flowers, touched of pink, 3 dogs and of course Super Heroes!  Yep, you heard me right…Mark’s love for Batman was included in their big day! Besides Alex + Mark’s wedding, John and I had a busy Sunday. We finally bought a new couch! A cozy little sectional I have been dying to get my hands on. We had to do a little rearranging in our living room but it finally feels like it is coming together now that we have lived in our townhouse for a year! Next project, drapes and hanging pictures in the empty frames that hang in our downstairs bathroom – Johns says that’s all he want for his birthday, giving me approximately 3 months to complete that task. Challenge accepted babe!
